1. Return Eligibility
A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all accessories
⚠️ Products showing signs of use, wear & tear, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable unless received damaged or defective:
Personal care & hygiene products (e.g., facial rollers, fitness accessories used on skin)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items without original packaging or missing parts

Return pickups (if applicable) are handled through our logistics partner Shiprocket or the respective marketplace.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
Replacements are provided subject to product availability
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead
Replacement shipping timelines may vary based on location
6. Orders via Amazon & Flipkart
If you purchased our products through Amazon or Flipkart, returns and refunds are governed by the respective marketplace’s return policy.
Please initiate the return directly from the platform where the order was placed.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing item:
Report it within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear images/videos of the package and product
Claims raised after this period may not be accepted
